Ordering

Who can buy from you?

Licensed pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, hospital buyers and laboratories. Before the first order we ask for a copy of your manufacturing, import or wholesale licence.

What is the minimum order?

It depends on the product and the maker. Tell us the quantity you need and the quotation states the minimum for that source.

Can you find a product that is not in the catalogue?

Yes. The catalogue lists what we trade most often. Send us the name, grade and CAS number and we check our makers for it.

How fast do you reply?

A person on the trade desk answers within one working day, with a price and lead time or with the questions we need answered first.

Samples and documents

Can I get a sample before I order?

Yes, for most APIs and excipients. Tell us the quantity your method needs and we arrange it with the maker, together with the COA of the sample lot.

Which documents come with a quotation?

Usually the specification, a recent COA, the safety data sheet and the GMP certificate of the site. The open part of the DMF, or the CEP, follows once you are ready to register.

Which grades do you supply?

USP, EP or BP, matched to the monograph your product was registered with. Tell us the grade on your file and we quote only sources that meet it.

Quality

Who makes the products you sell?

Makers whose site and file we have checked, with plants that hold GMP certification from their national authority, and in many cases USFDA, EU-GMP or PIC/S approval.

Will the source change between orders?

No. A source you register with us stays the same order after order. A new source is never introduced without your written approval.

What happens if a lot does not meet the specification?

Send us your test results. We answer in writing, take it up with the maker and agree a replacement or a corrective action with you.

Shipping and terms

Where do you ship from?

From the Sohar Freezone in Oman, by sea from Sohar port. Small or urgent lots can go by air.

How long does delivery take?

Ships from Sohar reach the Strait of Hormuz in about ten hours and the ports of the Gulf in one to two days. The full lead time, including production at the maker, is on the quotation.

Which Incoterms and payment terms do you offer?

Ex works, FOB or CFR and CIF to your port, agreed in the contract. Payment is by bank transfer or letter of credit, sized to the way you buy.

Do you send a certificate of origin?

Yes. Each shipment carries a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill and a certificate of origin, attested where your country requires it.

Send us your list.
