Who we are

What we collect

The request form on this site does not send anything to our servers. It opens an email in your own mail program, addressed to our trade desk, and you decide whether to send it. We receive only what that email contains: usually your name, company, email address and the products you ask about.

The list of products you add to a quote is kept in your own browser, so it is still there when you come back. It is never sent to us until you send the email yourself. You can clear it by removing the products or clearing your browser’s site data.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Like any web server, ours may keep standard access logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security.

How we use it

We use what you send us to answer your request, prepare quotations and contracts, and keep the records that trade, customs and pharmaceutical rules require. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the people needed to answer you: the maker of the product you ask about, when we need it to quote, and the freight, customs and banking partners involved in an order.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to info@mahurglobal.com. We keep what the law requires us to keep, and delete the rest.
